“Our inner wisdom is persistent, but quiet. It will always whisper, but it will never stop knocking at your door.” ~~Vironika Tugaleva
SEEKING YOUR INNER TRUTH
I don’t believe in predestined fate, and I don’t believe in lucky coincidence either. What I do subscribe to is the power of your choices, and because we have the freedom to make a cause that will inevitably have an effect, you must have the inner wisdom to make the right choices to lead you toward what it is you seek.
It can be very easy to seek answers outside of you, but those outside voices can be the same ones that keep us where we are. Trap us. Make us wonder why we haven’t moved forward at all. Those voices can even be negative self-reflections others have told us in the past that we’ve taken on as baggage. And you know, sometimes it is really difficult to be objective and unbiased when viewing a situation because you’re in the middle of it. It’s not a bad idea necessarily to get advice, guidance, thoughts, prayers, heebie jeebies, positive vibes or opinions from others. Seeking your truth and gathering information is vital to the process of figuring something out.
Ultimately—you have to make the decision that is best for you, regardless of how other people judge it, regardless if you end up crashing and burning by making a mistake, regardless of not knowing the outcome. (How can you truly know the outcome anyway until you live it?) You have to listen to your inner gut, tap into your inner wisdom, and take action not from what expectations tell you that you ‘should’ do, but from what gets to the heart of the matter. Just like the sun doesn’t cease to exist when clouds and rain appear, your inner wisdom is always inside of you, waiting for you to listen when the storm hits.
