WHEN DO I GET MY NEW LIMITED EDITION ITEMS???
Everything we make is cut to order. We appreciate your patience as we cut & sew for your order. It can normally take 2-4 weeks if item is not in stock.
SHIPPING METHOD: We use USPS Priority Shipping for all of our Domestic & International packages. We also can provide a tracking number for international packages for an additional charge. If you have any shipping questions, please email us directly at email@example.com. Fast Ship takes 2-3 business days. If you want an item over-nighted please email us directly.
EXCHANGE POLICY ONLY : We want you to love the new addition to your wardrobe!! If you receive an item that was not the product you ordered, an incorrect size, or did not meet your expectations, we will gladly replace the item within 14 days from the confirmed shipping date. Kindly inform us immediately via email firstname.lastname@example.org. We ask that all items be in new/original, unused, sale-able condition with all tags attached. If the item has been worn, damaged or altered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or an exchange, and the item will be returned to you. Please also ensure your address is stated on & in the package so we know where to send any replacement items! Turnaround time is usually 48-72 hours. We process exchanges upon return receipt of the items. Please note we do not offer returns as our pieces are cut to order.
All pieces are made in the USA, minus our Gypsy at Leggings- and Accessories.

We cut to sew our products, we do not stock inventory therefor we charge a $15 restocking fee for all exchanges.
Items that are custom ordered & special request are final order. This includes tie-dye collection that is custom made for each order placed.

Contact Daughters of Culture to get your exchange approved, you will get instructions on where to ship back to. Our shipping office is closed on Saturdays & Sundays.
